900 Dwell Apartments at 900 Rock Quarry Road, Stockbridge, Georgia.

I have lived in this community since before the new owner(s) bought this place less than a year ago. The owner has improved the look of the grounds. However, the attitude of the property management is the worst I've ever experienced. They do not value my privacy at all. I work nights so I have ask them to please do their very best to respect that. Meaning, if there is every a time they need to enter my apartment to please do so after 3pm and provide a notice of entry. They refuse to do so. They will not even try to work with me. If you do not work nights you may not understand the importance of that request. Just imagine someone beating on your door at 2am. They do not answer the phone and will not return calls. The only time I can get work orders completed is when I get their corporate office involved. The overall attitude of the manager is, in my opinion, if I can avoid the situation maybe it will go away. She has provided absolutely zero feedback on request for assistance in several of my concerns. Just today, when I finally got her office to answer the phone, she hung up on me when I complained once again about her maintenance staff entering my apartment well before the requested time of after 3pm. In my opinion the manager of this apartment community as well as her staff do not care nor respect me as a resident in the least. She is very rude and extremely unprofessional. My advise is to use extreme caution if you are thinking of binding yourself and your family to a lease with this apartment community. Looks good on the outside but once you put your name on that paper their true identity will shine like a new penny. Good luck in your search.
