Ivy is wonderful and does a great job. She is patient and doesn't rush. I am missing a couple nails and a few are deformed due to a childhood illness, when she was done I was so happy I could cry I felt normal again. One day I got a new nail tech because she wasn't there. She literally laughed at me and my nails the whole time and kept talking about me in another language. I was so furious and humiliated. I have never been back. If you do go. Ask for Ivy. She is the only reason I am even giving 3 stars. She's worth 5

I have been going to this place for a year. And I have never had a problem until this week. Got my nails done on Sunday and by Tuesday my matte nail polish had come off. I when in and they had the nerve to tell me it was my fault. Because I wash my hands a lot at work. She just took the paint off. Did not repaint them. And got smart with me. They are over priced and I have paid it with no problem. They charge $20 for gel polish when most places charge $10. I will Never go back again!!! You lost a good customer!!! I hope no one goes there. Because if you wash your hands and the polish comes off it's your fault!!
