I took my car in for an oil change here and they cross threaded the screw at the bottom of my oil pan and told me that they did not have the equipment to fix it so now I'm sitting at Goodyear down the road to see what it will cost to fix it. I will be bringing my bill back to this place to get reimbursement for the cost of repairing the damage they have done to my car. I will be posting a follow-up review to let people know if they correct their mistakes or not.

So after I took my vehicle to another place tubing diagnosed I gave the Havoline Xpress Lube a call back to let them know what the bill was they told me to bring it over to them I brought it back and Deon James the manager personally work and fix my issue free of charge and told me to bring it back in a day or two to make sure that the problem was completely gone so I will post again in a day or two the let you know how it all turned out. So far I am pleased with this this businesses willingness to correct and fix their own mistakes. That is fairly rare these days or at least very difficult to find in automotive shops.
