Absolutely awful.
I finally decided to try their wash and dry service so I scheduled pick up for a Saturday. At 10am I get a call claiming their driver only works sometimes and he's not working today so I won't be getting my laundry picked up today. She told me I'd have to wait until Monday, but I work on Monday. Save yourself the aggrevation of this less than subpar service and find a better company. Don't waste your money here.
